Even when I was a little girl I knew I wanted to c

Even when I was a little girl I knew I wanted to change the world—not because I believed it to be hopelessly broken, but because I’ve always carried inside me a vision for better.

I’ve since spent a lot of time toggling between a reverence for my own naïveté and fighting the feeling of being swallowed alive by the sheer magnitude of our collective bullsh*t.

When I focused inward, the temptation was to believe that I’d surrendered to powerlessness and traded my activism and community spirit for a more solitary path.

I’ve since realized this couldn’t be further from the truth and that, actually, I’ve been on mission this entire time—even when I felt blind.

Last weekend I had the honor of sitting ceremony with six beautiful, committed women who don’t shrink from the task at hand, but understand viscerally that their personal healing makes the kind of waves that their children’s children will be thanking them for.

It was a full circle moment for me, and the instant when everything that had happened in my life up until then made sense for the first time: my power never had much to do with who listened to what I said, but instead came from an uncanny ability to hold space for darkness and confusion without letting it dim my love.

Disempowerment is nothing more than a hardening of the heart, and after you watch a room full of women allow themselves to be completely undone and remade in service of the truth that lies beneath the stories and the past hurts and the cynicism, you understand that changing the world isn’t a radical act or silly schoolgirl’s dream at all.

It’s a reality we all have access to, if we are willing to choose it… again and again and again.

I am in awe of and filled with gratitude for the ladies who showed up to do the work of shedding, unlearning, remembering; each one of them reminds me that where there is courage there is life, and that a change of heart can change E V E R Y T H I N G.

The medicine is really that simple and it always has been: the transmutation of fear into acceptance and shadow into sovereignty.

Love.

My DMs are open if you’re ready to look harder at what it takes to make the world anew.

We’ve got this. 🌹

The hardest thing about homesteading on raw land h

The hardest thing about homesteading on raw land has been raising livestock in a wilderness full of hungry predators.

Today I found the rooster dead.

Brahm was different. He’d gone feral and found us while we were brooding chicks. He’d come for food at dawn, follow us to the coop area, hang with the hens, and then return in the afternoon for one more handful of scratch before waddling off to wherever he slept. I’d never seen a chicken so friendly or so determined to be around us. He became like a pet.

Today I fed him as usual, went inside to read, and came back out to find feathers everywhere. My heart broke.

The whole scene made me consider how often we opt-out of life because we’re afraid of pain; we don’t love, we don’t invest, we don’t dream big.

We call it being realistic, responsible, safe—but sometimes “safe” is just another word for scared. This thought hit me in the midst of swearing off any more critters, realizing immediately that of course I’d fall in love with some silly animal again because the risk is the point, and the reward.

See, my world changed when I stopped letting fear determine the size of my life and started letting myself be pulled toward what I desire.

Why?

Because our power is proportional to our capacity to feel it ALL: to grieve, face chaos, meet brutality, and still step into the world. Not to fight it, but to actively build, create, and care for what matters.

Too many of us sacrifice aliveness for the comfortable, numbing security of control. Could I have forced Brahm into the run with the other chickens we’d raised? Sure, but he came as he was: free.

If you know you have something important to do here but are still being held back by the subtle ways you avoid the discomfort of real leadership, you’re meant to work with me.

There’s something bigger waiting for you on the other side of your own avoidance and besides, in a dog-eat-dog world even the predators have to eat. You know it, I know it, we all know it. Life happens with or without our feelings about it, so we can run toward joy or let fear make us prey.

My DMs are open; let me care for you as I remind you that certainty pertains only to death. LFG. 🤍

When the stars align to leave you alone on your bi

When the stars align to leave you alone on your birthday, the invitation is to be invited…

Deep inside myself I went on a medicine journey and remembered a spaciousness about life and myself that the mind can conceal.

Field notes from the realms:
I made friends with a spider and got close enough with a fly to interact with him without frightening him; being the same builder and building, the scaffolding no longer mattered.
A wooden deck can be as comfortable as a bed if you allow yourself to be supported.
I fell in love watching the wind move leaves and felt the vastness of the inner womb: her space and superimposition and possibility were infinitely large and small.
Pictures of the people we love remind us that life is as ephemeral and flimsy.
I watched water dry and mold grow and leaves wilt and owned the eyes to see that all happening all the time—we don’t direct the motion but it moves though us and we are here to steward it.
It is worth crying over the ways we make connection more complicated than it ever needed to be.
I integrate today by greeting the eight legs in my corner with a friendlier face and building my own web with more lightness because, after all, the weight of the world isn’t on my shoulders.
Balance is brought to life by asking consciousness to reside in the sensation of it, not only the analysis of it.
Nancy Drew got a clue thanks to the help of her trusty sidekicks and their spinning, spinning away…
We honor the vessel by dwelling in it and this whole Earth is Home and Heaven, seen from the other side.

…and afterward I took a long, hot shower, put on a nice dress, took myself to dinner like a lover or proud father would do, and sipped bourbon while I watched the moon rise over the Smoky Mountains.

Come experience this with me… seriously. My DMs are open.

Until then, I’m 39 and feelin’ fine—happy birthday to me! 🤍🖤🕸️🕷️

When you’re a woman who has done the hard work of

When you’re a woman who has done the hard work of clearing the mental cobwebs and who knows herself and what she stands for, feeling stuck isn’t about needing to fix anything or learn more…

…it’s a sign that your body is still waiting for permission.

I get it: of course you already know you’re not here to wait for someone else to tell you what to do or how to be, yet an awareness of your looping means that sight is not the problem—it’s embodiment.

Meaning: are you living as you know you already are, or are you waiting for the world to tell you it’s safe to be you?

We all crave belonging and the sensation of being pulled along by something bigger than ourselves, but the reality is that sometimes the people who love us most or who show up in our daily lives aren’t yet capable or willing to meet the woman we’re becoming on the level at which she needs to be met.

This doesn’t make them bad and it doesn’t mean they don’t add value to your life—but it does indicate where and why you’re likely to shrink yourself until safety becomes who you are.

This is why intentional community matters and why humans have gathered together in ceremony for tens of thousands of years: something happens when we come together with others who are also willing to be seen, made vulnerable, stretched, cracked open, and changed.

I’m co-hosting The Collective Retreat 2.0 with @melissafrederick and @wonderlust_sculpting because I know firsthand that lasting growth requires us to
P R A C T I C E taking off our armor, and in a place where we trade, “Am I allowed to be this woman?” for the on-purpose, “What happens when I AM HER?”

If you can feel the next version of you trying to emerge, what you need isn’t more permission—it’s to be loved on by a room full of women who aren’t expecting you to ask forgiveness, either. 😏

Comment “READY” to join us.

The plant manager who realizes he traded his love

The plant manager who realizes he traded his love of adventure for a masculine ideal built on stoicism.

The retiree ready to leave her community who has no idea what life will look like without the identity she’d worn there.

The financial powerhouse who hasn’t received proper h*ad from his wife in decades.

The successful entrepreneur who desperately wants to quit drinking.

The woman who has paid in full for the retreat but is worried about what going will do to her relationship.

The mom ready to book a call with me but who has to wait for her DV case to resolve.

These people are the why behind everything I do—real people who have come into my world with an awareness that what they’re doing isn’t working anymore.

The only difference between those who will transform their lives and those who won’t is what they do with that awareness.

Trust me: I fail every day.

When we look at the road ahead and see a devil we know and ten we don’t, comfort and our lower minds will convince us faster than anything else that the unknown is hell.

Maybe.

Or, maybe we settle for less than heaven on Earth because we’ve been convinced by belief systems we never consented to that asking questions makes us the problem.

Rail against religion and patriarchy and capitalism and socialism and the government all you want—unless you can honestly say you’re not participating there is more likely than not more personal responsibility you can take for your happiness than you are. Period.

I have a coach for the sole reason that I need someone to remind me of that literally all the time. 😑

You can be a real know-it-all and still not know how to be it all in your own life.

That’s the power of C O N D I T I O N I N G.

Leadership isn’t about certainty. It’s the willingness to ask the hard questions out loud, no matter the cost.

If you’re looking to expand beyond the echo chamber of complaints and platitudes keeping you stuck, my DMs are open.

Not because I know better, but because I know too many of us who already have the answers—and just need someone willing to sit with them in the creative void and wonder, “how CAN we fix this?”

Why do we communicate? I N F L U E N C E Really

Why do we communicate?

I N F L U E N C E

Really think about it: expression intends to encourage or dissuade action or help someone shift their perspective about you, another person, or something in the world. Even art is created to provoke a mood or feeling, even if only in the artist herself.

Our words are not neutral. They are powerful movers that shape perception. They leave an energetic imprint that calls us to be responsible for what our influence does or does not—because without responsibility it is just purposeless power.

The people I work with tend to be people who know they want to play a role in this world. They want to be seen, heard, and felt—not for the sake of it, but because they have something special to contribute and they understand that how they show up matters.

Your communication is like throwing a rock into a pond: you may never see every ripple, but that doesn’t mean your words aren’t moving through the collective, your neighborhood, and the hearts of the people you love.

This is why I care so much about helping people become more clear, articulate, authentic, and fully expressed in who they are and what they stand for; when we learn to communicate from the truest, most timeless version of us, our influence can become a force for beauty, life, goodness, and the romancing of existence itself…

…and if we’re as serious about loving, nurturing, and thinking generations forward as we SAY we are, then we have to start paying attention to the imprint we’re leaving behind. 🎯

It starts with how you speak to yourself and then it asks: what are you willing to say when the world actually needs to hear you?

Or, crickets…?

At Awakening Chandra I work with professionals, leaders, visionaries, and artists who are ready to be more fully witnessed, supported, and expressed in their work and intimate lives.

If you know you have something to say and you’re ready to become more intentional about how and why you say it, slide right on into my DMs. I’d love to tell you about the container I’ve created for people who are here to do something meaningful with their voice.

I know I want to hear you.

I’ve been trying to fit my 1:1 client work into boxes that just don’t fit because I thought the familiarity of words like “coaching” and “mentorship” were close enough,

But they could be more honest.

And the truth is that the longer I’ve worked with professionals, leaders, and visionaries the clearer it’s become that I’m not here to give people answers, but to help them hear their own.

The people I work with don’t usually need another framework or a new strategy—they need someone who can recognize the deeper current moving through them before they’ve fully found the language or structure for it themselves.

Someone who:

reminds them of what they already know,
trusts sitting with ideas that feel too unconventional to say out loud,
AND
can hold them accountable to the leader they’re becoming, not the identity they’ve outgrown.

I’ve started thinking of my work as being a source of resonance, for you. I don’t tell you who or how to be but help you become more unmistakably yourself.

This is why I’m opening a year-long resonance residency for people doing meaningful work in the world who want someone in their corner—not to lead them, but to continually point them back to themselves and hold a mirror up to the blind spots.

If that sounds like you, my inbox is open. 🤍🖤

POV: You have girls like @wonderlust_sculpting and @melissafrederick who pick up on the Instagram trends, deliver a done-for-you reel, and encourage you to post it even though and *especially because* you’re feeling down about being put in Meta jail YET AGAIN by the Zuck’s robot army.

I mean… isn’t that what co-creation and standing together and doing the damn thing is all about, anyway? Supported action for a more honest world and players on team limitless who actually have your back?

👌🏼

If you’re dying to experience that kind of circle of support in real life, I invite you to join us for The Collective Trip: Sisterhood & Psikadelix. We’re hosting a women’s medicine retreat September 11–13th on a beautiful North Texas ranch and it’s bound to be a powerful, deeply connecting weekend.

Some of the women closest to me will be there and I can’t wait to share what we’re creating with them—and whoever registers next. I love and value the network of support that’s forming through this community and it’s something me and my co-facilitators believe in sincerely and want nothing more than to invite you to experience.

Whether you’re feeling called to lean into deeper relationships with women, are walking the healing journey, desire to be witnessed, are ready to push boundaries and expand your perspective, or are simply looking for some fun and human warmth, this retreat is for you.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to say yes to yourself, this is it. I’d love for you to join us. We all would.

You can be an absolute winner and still arrive at

You can be an absolute winner and still arrive at the knowing that the game you’ve been playing is smaller than your potential.

I see this all the time: smart, successful, at the top of your field; holding the right positions and the responsibility that comes with them; a personal life that feels good most of the time and looks just perfect enough…

You’ve built something meaningful, your family will be comfortable, and you’ve achieved what most people spend their lives chasing—yet there’s a part of you that knows there’s something more you’re meant to express that hasn’t found its way out.

That feeling isn’t because you’re ungrateful, but because consciousness changes what winning means: sovereignty is realizing you’re not here to be another piece on the game board of life, but to be the player interpreting the game and dancing with the rules.

Once you arrive at that level of awareness, you begin to see there’s another level you’re being asked to play at. The stakes aren’t about status, achievement, or material legacy, but the energetic imprint you’ll leave behind and whether you had the courage to become a clear enough vessel for what wanted to move through you.

If you feel God asking you to express something for the benefit of life and you continually negotiate with that calling, a part of you will remain disappointed in yourself—not because you’re failing, but because you know what you’re capable of, what you’ve been entrusted with, and when you’re still holding back.

You can soften that voice and tell yourself you tried your best—but that only feels true if you actually have.

This is where I come in.

I’m over the word coach—that’s not what I am, and I’m not a mentor either, really.

I’m a mirror.

I help people see themselves clearly enough that they can no longer betray what they know. I offer resonance with your deepest, most private callings, along with the warmth, containment, and discernment necessary to help you embody them.

I’m opening a private container for leaders who know they’ve outgrown the game they’ve mastered and are ready to answer the call thats been humbly nudging at them all along.

If you know this is you, my DMs are open. 🌹

When I left corporate, ended an engagement, and de

When I left corporate, ended an engagement, and decided that getting right with myself was more important than maintaining the illusion of success, there was one thing I didn’t expect: loneliness.

As someone who had always found herself in leadership roles—heading nonprofits, representing industry on regional boards, being the friend who said yes and showed up—I assumed that taking charge in my own life would be met with the same applause.

Instead, people who once turned to me for support faded into the background, women I believed shared my values seemed uncomfortable with what I had to say, and text messages stopped being returned.

I let that hurt because I had spent so much of my life using approval as evidence that I was on the right path, feeling misunderstood felt like chaos.

What I didn’t understand then was that while leadership within a system is rewarded, leadership that questions a system often is not; when you stop performing what makes others comfortable, you discover quickly who was attached to your authenticity and who to your tacit compliance—and you see how much the world is built on mutual agreement, not truth.

I now know leadership must pass through loneliness as an initiation because if your conviction can only survive when it’s cheered on, it isn’t. At some point, every one of us faces a choice: adapt to a program that earns approval, or tell the truth and accept the costs.

Most people stay in the in-between: knowing but not acting, seeing but not speaking, longing but not choosing. It’s that distance between what we know and how we live where so much suffering is born: none of us were meant to abandon ourselves in exchange for belonging.

This is exactly why I’m honored to be part of The Collective Trip, a psikadelick retreat movement for women devoted to reimagining community—not as a place where we keep each other comfortable, but as a place where we help each other become more honest, sovereign, and achingly alive.

If you’re feeling the pull toward a truer version of yourself but worried what might get left behind, you are exactly the woman we’ve built this for. DM for info.
